We require a Privacy & Data Governance Program Manager for a brand-new project to respond to changes in privacy legislation. You will build a privacy function for policies and procedures for privacy. We are looking for a senior program manager who has been involved in master data or data governance previously. Working with business and legal teams.

You will be involved in Privacy Compliance, Data Protection, Privacy Impact Assessments, Project Management, Risk Management, Privacy Training & Awareness, Incident Response, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Privacy Program Enhancement.

**What do you need?**
- 5-7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on privacy and data protection.
- Privacy Regulations: Strong knowledge and understanding of the Australia Privacy Act and other relevant privacy regulations.
- Data Protection Technologies: Proficiency in implementing and managing data loss protection technologies, such as encryption, data masking, access controls, and data classification.
- Privacy Frameworks: Familiarity with privacy frameworks and standards, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST Privacy Framework.
- Risk Management: Experience in conducting privacy risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage privacy-related projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring project progress.
