**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated and organised **Marketing Assistant** to join our team. This is an entry-level position perfect for a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You’ll play an essential role in supporting projects across departments, assisting with client communication, and helping keep website and marketing projects on track.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with client communication and direct requests to the appropriate department.
- Support the progression of website projects and ensure they move smoothly to the next stage.
- Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail across all tasks.
- Provide administrative and project support to the wider marketing team.
- Use Google Drive Suite and Canva to create and manage documents, presentations, and simple graphics.
- Work collaboratively with a team of marketers, designers, and developers to deliver outstanding results for clients.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (no experience required).
- Proficiency in Google Drive Suite and Canva.
- Strong attention to detail and high work standards.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and adaptable attitude.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a car (public transport to our Minchinbury office is limited).
- Full and ongoing working rights in Australia.

**Bonus skills (not essential)**:

- Basic knowledge of WordPress or Shopify.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
