NRMA Parks and Resorts are an industry leader in the Holiday Park industry, offering a wide range of services and currently either owning or managing 55 properties throughout Australia.

We currently have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our high performing team as the Assistant Resort Manager of this stunning property. This role would be suited to a customer focused leader with Rooms Division Management experience.

**The Role**:
You will report to and assist the Resort Manager to manage an efficient and reliable park operation through the provision of a consistently high standard of accommodation products and services and a wide range of interpretative activities in an ambiance of efficient yet friendly Australian hospitality.

This role is inclusive of on-site accommodation at a very attractive weekly/fortnightly rate.

**Core responsibilities include**:
A hands-on approach, working closely with the food and beverage, housekeeping and front office teams to ensure quality standards, set schedules and regular inspections are conducted.

This is demonstrated by:

- Displaying a hands-on approach to managing the park
- Providing regular feedback, training and performance reviews for team members
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and park activities
- Seeking out and resolving guest complaints
- Liaising with the General Manager with regards to significant maintenance issues, repairs and soft refurbishment projects.
- Monitoring and maintaining a high standard of safety of all guests, visitors and employees

You will demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and the passion to work as part of an operational team who are hands on, confident and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest relations. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are a hands-on leader; you walk the talk and can communicate to and manage staff at all levels.
