**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an Inclusion & Diversity Officer to be part of our Inclusion & Diversity Team, People & Capability Command. The Inclusion & Diversity Officer is responsible undertaking research and data analysis to inform the development of the NSWPF Inclusion & Diversity Strategy and enabling plans for the attraction, development and retention of a diverse workforce. The role is also responsible for supporting the implementation of initiatives and deliverables that result from the Inclusion & Diversity Strategy and enabling plans.
