**About the Position**

We have a great opportunity for a
** Process Controller** to join our manufacturing team at
**Chipping Norton**. In this role you work closely with the Team Leaders and step up into a support role should a Team Leader be on leave. You will have extensive experience in production and working with machinery. At
_Iplex_ we take Safety seriously and expect our new
**Process Controller** to be self-motivated to encourage and support our safety focus.

This is hands on role and you will be expected to support in training, running machines, confident in leading toolbox talks and of course production and ensuring products are produced to
_ Iplex_ standards and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous Manufacturing experience
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Knowledge of running production machinery
- Experience with SOP’s and Toolbox Talks
- Confident in checking product quality
- Basic leadership experience
- Natural focus on EHS in the workplace
- Excellent communication - clear, precise & confident
- Understanding of Microsoft Office
- Trade Qualified would be desirable
- Ability to work rotating day/night rosters - 12-hour shifts
- Very analytical and enjoys problem solving
