Accounts Officer

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support our finance team with a focus on Accounts Payable and Stock Control.

Reporting to the Company Accountant your key responsibilities include:

- End to end Accounts Payable
- Stock Control including reconciling stocktakes, analysing and resolving variances
- Supplier price negotiations and monitoring adherence to pricing agreements
- End of month support
- Financial reporting and administrative support as required
- Banking activities
- 3 years’ experience with Accounts Payable
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MYOB
- Excellent investigative skills and an eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively couple with strong time management skills.
- Desirable: Previous experience managing inventory and stock control systems will be highly regarded
- Available during school holiday and some public holidays

**Salary**: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
