Accounts Officer

**About the business**

The Miami Bakehouse Group has been operating for more than 19 years and is a leading food manufacturer operating across 7 sites. Our central baking facility and head office supplies our six retail businesses across WA’s southwest.

**The role**

We are looking for a process-orientated person to fill this key role in our busy Mandurah office. Part time position working 3 days per week, approximately 20 hours per week. Some public holidays will be required throughout the year.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a collaborative and supportive team your responsibilities include:

- Sales reconciliations
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Payroll support
- Weekly financial reporting and processing
- Banking
- End of month support
- Ad hoc administrative support as required
- 2 years’ experience with AP and payroll
- Self-motivated, reliable and proactive;
- Able to manage their time and work to deadlines;
- Organised, thorough, and process driven;
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Desirable experience: MYOB
