**About the Company**
A leading integrated services provider, to some of Australia's most well known and high profile commercial and retail organisations throughout Australia. With a strong portfolio of growing clients, this dynamic business has a role for a HSE professional to take responsibility of the health and safety elements of the QLD business.

**About the Role**
As a progressive thinker with a proactive approach, you will be responsible for providing guidance to the QLD region on a range of HSE processes including hazard and incident management, HSE auditing and process review, legislative compliance, HSE training, HSE reporting and health and wellbeing programs.

You will drive continuous improvement in HSE culture and performance through closely partnering with the operations to harness engagement, build capability, encourage collaboration and drive accountability to achieve a step-change in culture and performance.

As HSE specialist for the QLD region, you will be out in the field have a flexible working environment around location within QLD.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS or a related discipline
- Willingness to organise yourself working across a multi-site environment and WFH
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Pragmatic and results focussed with a strong customer focus
