**Position Overview**:
The** **BMW Driveway Concierge is a customer-centric, high-touch role that serves as the first point of contact for BMW owners. This position offers an opportunity to deliver world-class service. From the first greeting, engaging with our customers, assisting with the loan car set up, preparing their vehicles for the workshop, managing the loan car fleet with the Service team and finally greeting the customers on return directing them to the managing advisor or salesman. The BMW Driveway Concierge embodies the spirit of the BMW brand.
- ** Key Responsibilities**:
- Preparing Service customer vehicles for the Service workshop on arrival.
- Collating photographs of newly arrived service vehicles for damage reporting documentation.
- Assisting with Loan car set up for customers and loan agreements
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- ** Concierge Services**: Support customers and the service team with additional needs, such as offering customer demonstrations of BMW’s technology and features, or inviting customers through to the showroom for refreshments etc.
- ** Brand Ambassador**: Represent the BMW brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered by the dealership.
- ** Logistics Management**: Ensure the safe handling, delivery, and return of vehicles, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with the service department and sales team to fulfill customer requests. Monitoring loan car condition reports to ensure vehicles all meet the acceptable standards prior to loan.
- ** Customer Experience Excellence**: Go above and beyond to anticipate client needs, resolve any issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Outstanding Communication Skills: You are confident, personable, and able to engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Customer-Focused Attitude: A passion for delivering exceptional service and making every client feel valued.
- BMW Knowledge: BMW product knowledge preferable but can provide basic product training to assist with the role.
- Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to manage a flexible schedule, stay on top of daily workload, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Professional Appearance & Demeanor: As a brand ambassador, you should always represent BMW with the highest level of professionalism.
