**The Opportunity**
- Do you want to break into the civil construction industry? _We are looking for full time crew members to join our Southern team.

You will be trained by some of the best in the water industry, where you will learn new skills and have a chance to build a long term, stable career. You will have the opportunity to work across various sites in Greater Melbourne, experiencing what civil construction truly has to offer.

Given our vast range of services, there is plenty of variety within these roles, such as:

- General labouring including site preparation and onsite support
- Operating state-of-the-art plant and equipment in water and wastewater pipeline renewal (cleaning and assessments, pipe lining, junction cut & seal and flow management)
- Associated civils including manhole / pit alteration and rehabilitation
- We value our people and are ready to invest in you, providing all required training._

Your background may be from one of the following:

- Experience working within the Civil Construction, Automotive, Concreting, Plumbing, Tyre Fitting, Traffic Control or Building Industries
- Pipe maintenance experience such as cleaning, pipe lining or CCTV
- Water or wastewater infrastructure
- Or you might be looking to break into the industry, either way we would like to chat with you
- Key Selection Criteria:_
- Valid driver’s licence
- Have the ability to work on sites across Greater Melbourne
- OHS Induction Card (White/Blue card)
- Good work ethic and positive work attitude
- The ability to work in a team, where everyone is used to pulling their weight
- A strong focus on safety and basic mechanical knowledge
- HR or MR licence, Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights licences are desirable but not essential.

To make sure that you’re fully fit to join our team you will also need to pass our pre-employment medical which includes a drug & alcohol test.
