**Job Description**:
As the **Traffic Coordinator** within the Multichannel Traffic Team, you will be ensuring all commercial inventory is scheduled correctly and ready for telecast as per requirements agreed between the National Sales Team, Clients & Agencies and in line with industry legal requirements (such as: Free TV Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice) as well as National Traffic policies.

**Day to day you will**:

- Accurately produce multiple daily commercial transmission schedules as per our schedule production deadlines
- Ensure all sponsorship spots are scheduled as instructed by the Sponsorship team and any exclusivity clashes are reported to the Sponsorship team prior to finalisation of logs
- Schedule sport as instructed by the Sports sponsorship team
- Assist Network Sales with late bookings and produce amendments due to these late changes
- Complete the previous days reconciliation (Debrief) resolving any discrepancies
