From an employee offering perspective - They have an unrivalled reputation in staff retention due to their focus on culture, rewards to staff (employee discounts, subsidised health care) and their cultivation of careers by promoting from within. **Duties**: Housed in a stunning, state-of-the-art project sales suite in North West Sydney, our client requires a capable, passionate Project Sales Assistant to support the sales team. The Sales Assistant is responsible for the coordination of inspections, settlements and customer service responsibilities, including: - Meet and greet customers and clients upon entry to the Sales Office and onsite display apartments - Generally communicating with owners, purchasers, agents, builders and solicitors - Support with processing of invoices, sales advices, external agent commission and agreements, utility bills and ancillary administration tasks - Assist Sales Manager, external agents and their customers in the sales office and onsite display apartments, as well as agent functions as required - Organising and coordinating valuations, inspections and settlements - Coordinating and finalising settlements including cleaning and ancillary duties - Assist in organising handover packs and appointments - Report, follow-up defects, co-ordinating with builders on availability and defect rectifications **Specific requirements**: - Australian Citizen/ Perm Residency and Real Estate Registration - Ideally some exposure to Real Estate - but if not, then solid experience in Admin / Customer Service roles - Effective communicator, good energy and engaging - Able to work 9am - 5pm: Monday > Sunday (with Tuesdays & Wednesdays off) **Benefits**: - Opportunity to get in to Real Estate / Project Sales without industry experience - Incredible on the job training and ongoing mentorship - Stable employer with solid financial standing (Job security) - Long list of employee discounts, subsidised health care etc **Sharon Bennie** 0413 381 381like us on facebook: and connect on Linkedin: **#SCR-sharon-bennie** 1200273 v2
