We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant within our Marketing team on an initial _12-month fixed-term contract_. Reporting to the Activation manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of events, coordinating and preparing dairy awards submissions, coordinating and managing merchandise, and assisting the marketing team on projects as required. The role also includes the management of Bulla's social community including responding to online inquiries/comments, as well as the development of on-brand copy to accompany social media posts.

**_This is a fantastic entry-level position for a recent graduate or an individual studying Marketing that will offer great exposure to Marketing here at Bulla Dairy Foods_**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assist with Event (internal & external) & Tradeshow Coordination
- Coordinate sampling events
- Manage samples ordering process
- Purchase order processing & management for marketing teams
- Coordinate GS1 entries and management of up-to-date information including our images with Coles and Woolworths online
- Managing merchandise including pack and send and keeping inventory
- Provide assistance with Bulla's internal sensory panel.
- Dairy awards (entering and preparing stock to be sent)
- Assisting on projects with the broader marketing team
- Respond to online customer inquiries as per the business process
- Create a positive online community by responding to comments, tags & mentions
- Supporting the Marketing team on marketing campaigns & product launches

**You will have**:

- A recent graduate or someone studying Marketing
- Attention to detail with a project management and process mindset
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks at once.
- Interest in social media and copywriting.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication (written, verbal), presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to write catchy, on-brand captions to accompany social media posts
