**About the Role**:

- **Roster Management**:Create and maintain team member schedules to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with team members to address scheduling conflicts, time-off requests, and last-minute changes.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyse roster data to identify trends, optimise scheduling processes, and improve workforce efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure schedules adhere to labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- **Reporting**: Generate and present regular reports on roster performance and staff availability.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with key stakeholders across our Veterinary, Veterinary Nurse, and Client Care teams. **This is a permanent part-time position with approximately 30hrs a week.**

At least 3 years demonstrated business support experience, with specialist experience in managing a large roster
- A self-starter with the desire to take ownership of the role, outcome focused, and work autonomously in an efficient manner
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work closely with the management team and team members
- A collaborative approach to problem solving, communicating, and working within a rostering platform quickly
- Able to develop and manage multiple stakeholder relationships at one time across the hospital
