**The Role**

The Cyber Security Manager will govern and lead all aspects of information security from strategy through to security operations and identify and manage the cyber security of customers in operational technology as well as lead a team of 18 Security Professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the team of Security Analysts, Technology Managers and Technical Specialists up to a team of 18
- Ensuring that all our client’s platforms, services, and usage meet security requirements
- Engaging with the security platform vendors for future planned developments
- Provide visibility of security risks and incidents, as appropriate to senior stakeholders and committees
- Establish and develop of a secure, modern, service orientated and cloud-based Security framework
- Extensive experience working as a Cyber Security Manager/Lead
- Extensive experience managing a team of Security resources
- Be a superior collaborator who can excite and inspire through your thought leadership and innovative approach to Cyber Security.
- Experience coming from a technical Cyber Security background and has moved into a leadership role
- Have demonstrated experience in building self-organising, cross functional teams.
- Know how to align teams within the organisational values and goals through effective people management and mentorship.
