Do you have drilling experience from other industries similar to Oil and Gas?
- Do you hold Cert II in Drilling Operations or Cert II in Drilling/Well Servicing
- We have exciting new campaigns across Australia for all crew positions

Harness Energy has new and exciting Oil and Gas drilling campaigns with long-term employment contracts and work opportunities with some of the world’s leading drilling operators and contractors that offer the best training, career advancement opportunities, and exposure to a variety of top-end rigs.

If you have gained experience either in Oil & Gas Drilling or Well Servicing or from working in the below-drilling industries outside of Oil & Gas, and you are keen to build a fantastic career for yourself in the Oil and Gas industry, we can help you achieve this.
- Mining & Mineral Drilling (Offsider, Trainee Driller, Assistant Driller, Driller etc)
- Oil & Gas drilling offshore
- Oil & Gas drilling internationally (Must have full working rights in Australia)
- Oil & Gas drilling without qualifications

Your demonstrated experience and attained qualifications (e.g. the Certificate II in Drilling Operations will enable us to consider you for credit transfers on similar study modules to progress you in the Oil & Gas Industry:
