**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As our **Creative Manager**, you’ll own and lead the execution of all ecommerce shoots - from concept through to delivery. You’ll manage a passionate and talented creative team, directing everything from outfit styling and on-set art direction to final asset delivery. You'll collaborate across Brand, Digital, Marketing and eComm to ensure our creative output is impactful, cohesive and, of course, AMAZING.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

**Pre-Production & Creative Planning**
- Partner with key CX teams to ensure assets are fit-for-purpose across eCommerce, Social, CRM and Digital.
- Brief internal and external talent (photographers, stylists, HMU, set assistants), aligning them with creative direction.
- Source and prepare props, sets and locations aligned with our seasonal concepts and brand storytelling.

**On-Set Art Direction**
- Lead the Creative team on shoot days, ensuring styling and photography align with the brand’s vision and quality standards.
- Maintain shoot cadence, manage flow, and approve imagery in real-time.
- Be the go-to for creative decisions, ensuring styling and visuals reflect current trends and brand guidelines.

**Post-Production & Asset Management**
- Own the end-to-end delivery of imagery and motion assets across eComm and content channels.
- Ensure all creative outputs are high-quality, formatted, and delivered on time to relevant teams.
- Lead feedback loops between Creative and Brand Art Director to deliver polished, on-brand assets.

**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing creative team, fostering a positive and growth-driven culture.
- Drive process improvements across production workflows to enhance speed, consistency, and output.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors to align creative direction with business goals.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 5+ years’ experience in creative production, styling, or art direction within fashion retail or eCommerce
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing creative teams
- Strong on-set art direction and styling expertise, with a sharp eye for seasonal fashion trends
- End-to-end shoot production knowledge across pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and digital asset management systems
- Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally and managing external vendors to deliver on-brand, high-impact assets
- A commercial and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to balance creativity, efficiency, and brand consistency
