Dandenong, Australia Blaze Staffing Solutions Pty Ltd Full time

Our client is an iconic Australian Food Manufacturer supplying a range of products to major retailers around the country. They are currently seeking experienced and self-motivated **Maintenance Fitters** to join their maintenance team on a **full-time permanent** basis on the **Day and Night Shifts** at their manufacturing sites in **Dandenong and Braeside**.

The positions will involve performing preventative and reactive/breakdown maintenance, providing general technical support to the manufacturing site, as well as some machinery installation/relocation.

**To be successful in this position, you will be expected to demonstrate**:

- Trade qualifications in an Engineering stream or similar
- Previous experience in performing project work, as well as planned and reactive maintenance
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with analytical thinking and a logical decision-making ability
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts across 7 days per fortnight
- Experience or knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics will be looked upon favourably
- Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment (Food and Beverage, Packaging, Dairy, Pharmaceutical etc.) will be looked upon favourably

Ideally, you will have experience working in similar positions and hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting of manufacturing plants and equipment.
