We are looking for an experience Administration professional for a fantastic permanent position

**Client Service Administrator**

**Job Type: Permanent**

**Hours: Full-time,**

**Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + super (pending experience)**

**Location: Newcastle CBD**

**Your new role**
- Providing administration support to the team, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and invoicing clients.
- Managing client accounts and job status and ensuring that all client account information is correct.
- Document management, including printing, typing, filing, and binding reports.
- Managing assessment letters from the ATO, monitoring lodgements, and ensuring key deadlines are communicated to the team and met.
- Ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures, including maintaining database information.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Administration or Office Coordination experience essential.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Adobe, CRM and the MS Office Suite.
- Customer-centric approach to your work, ensuring a high level of service is maintained across the business.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Present yourself professionally at all times.
- Understanding of accounting terminology and processes would be beneficial.
