Are you a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of plumbing systems and a passion for getting the job done right? Join our growing team as a **Plumbing Site Supervisor** and take charge of in office and on-site operations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Supervise daily plumbing activities on newbuild and private job sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to code.
- Coordinate with our clients, Plumbers, apprentices and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
- Manage site teams, delegate tasks, and provide on-the-job support.
- Monitor materials, plant and equipment, and tools to minimize delays and maximize labour productivity. Liase with local councils for permits and inspection organise VBA certificates.
- Monitor project progress
- Monitor job notes and labour

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and design, code requirements, drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing project needs.
- Victorian plumbing and gas license.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
