**About the role**
We have an ongoing full-time opportunity on offer for a customer-focused, highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join the IT Department at the Parliament of Victoria.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders you will configure, maintain and improve the operational integrity and security of the ServiceNow CRM platform for continuous availability by business units across the Parliament of Victoria.

You will design and build integrations and process automation using ServiceNow orchestration. You enjoy resolving issues triaged to this role, and ensure all work is completed to consistent high standards.

**About you.**
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate proven experience as a ServiceNow administrator, managing configuration, access, security, workflows, integrations, and solutions. A particular strength will be your relationship management skills and your ability to work under pressure. Your certifications will ideally include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
