The Role of the Planforms Enabler is responsible for:

- Defining, architecting, designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow based on out of the box capabilities
- Maintenance and handling of legacy systems.
- Development of Service Portal, ITSM & Asset Management, ITOM, etc requirements
- JavaScript, HTML, ORACLE, ServiceNow Script Editor & Angular JS and API skills required
- Document Requirements as Stories, working on Product backlog and sprint backlogs
- Design, develop and deliver Service Catalogue and Catalogue items for various services
- Provide coaching to team members.

To be successful in this role we require:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience with ServiceNow, hands-on configuration of ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM
- Expertise with Configuration in ServiceNow system including workflows, Java Scripts, Custom UIs & Dashboards.
- Strong exposure of ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Mgt, Client Scripting, MID Servers, Reporting, ITSM, Service Catalogue and an understanding of all ServiceNow platform offerings.
- Experienced with ServiceNow B2B integration experience using Webservices (SOAP, REST), and other integration technologies
- Demonstrated Portal Development - HTML5, Angular JS, CSS and web development skills;
- Good understanding on building Macros and system automation.
- Demonstrated ServiceNow administration and support functions - upgrades, patching, plugins and feature enhancements;
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist is highly desirable;
- Experience working within an agile delivery environment (Scrum);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal with various stakeholders at all organisational levels;
