**Sales Manager | Linked Solar - Melbourne VIC**

With over 15 years of combined industry experience and a growing team of dedicated professionals, we're looking for a Sales Manager with a strong track record in solar and energy solutions, capable of delivering results, and contributing to the wider shift toward clean, reliable energy.

**What We Do**

We deliver high-quality solar and electrification solutions including:

- Solar PV systems
- Battery storage
- EV chargers
- Hot water heat pumps

Our goal? Help homes and businesses ditch gas, cut energy bills, and embrace all-electric living.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Manage and respond to warm, qualified leads—no cold calling
- Conduct customer consultations and site visits to understand needs
- Provide accurate, honest, and tailored proposals using leading tools (e.g., OpenSolar)
- Cross-sell clean energy products where appropriate
- Ensure seamless handover to operations and installation teams
- Troubleshoot any customer issues post-sale in collaboration with internal departments

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in solar & battery sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Technically minded with a strong understanding of solar, batteries, EV chargers, and heat pumps
- Experience using CRMs and proposal software (OpenSolar, MS Office, etc.)
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities
- Passionate about sustainability, quality, and integrity
- Full Australian working rights & current driver’s licence
- Familiarity with brands like Tesla, Sigenergy, Fronius, SolarEdge, Aiko, REC, Jinko and iStore are a bonus
