More about the client - They are a 5 billion dollar SaaS organisation that specialises in the Medical and Health Tech space. They are currently scaling their Brisbane team to help support the growth of their new products in house.

Working in an agile environment, you will, along with the team, be part of the entire SLDC process, from product requirements, UX design through to development and deployment; giving input and guidance from a performance, scalability, reliability and usability perspective, along with impacts on existing areas of the software. You will be able to guide and define quality assurance activities and methodologies across multiple scrum teams and ensure a collective standard of activity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reviewing product specifications and requirements, Ux design prototypes and acceptance criteria to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Leading and collaborating with QA Engineers across multiple scrum teams
- Reviewing quality assurance process, activities and implementing recommended changes
- Establishing and tracking relevant QA KPIs for the project
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well structured test plans and test cases
- Estimating, prioritising and conducting quality testing activities
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Provide feedback and assistance from a quality and usability perspective to other members of the product & development team
- Work as part of the agile, scrum process to achieve team sprint goals

**What You'll need to be successful**
- **Full Australian work rights** - unfortunately we are not considering sponsorship or students for this role
- Experience mentoring and collaborating with QA engineers and developing QA processes
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Experience with real world software deployment, ideally business-grade/enterprise SaaS
- Experience in writing clear, concise, comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process
