You will be responsible for the administration and management of incidents, investigations, injury management and auditing under the supervision of an experienced Q&S Coordinator with exposure to a National Quality and Safety Management System across multiple sites in a large organisation.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Development of Q&S Initiatives as part of the broader national team
- Review of Q&S documentation in consultation with the national team
- Travel to I-MED sites to become familiar with the different working environments as well as part of a project scope
- Development of training packages to support implementation of Q&S System
- Administration, support and monitoring of IMED's online incident reporting system, including investigation
- Auditing and review of site audits and corrective actions
- Administration, support and monitoring of Workcover Claims and non-work-related injuries in conjunction with Q&S Coordinator

**Key selection criteria**:

- Recent graduates or those working towards a qualification will be considered for this role
- A minimum of a degree in WHS/OHS or other aligned degree or be working towards completion
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for Quality and Safety
- Good understanding of WHS and some
