KnG Gold Care, a trusted provider of home care services, is seeking a compassionate Domestic Assistant /Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our Queen team. Committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, we prioritize personalized and supportive care.
Position Overview:
We're looking for an experienced AIN to provide comprehensive home care during both weekday regular shifts from Monday to Sunday with a range of clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with food preparation, considering individual dietary needs.
- Light domestic cleaning ensuring living standard are maintained.
- Provide support with dressing and personal care tasks.
- Assist with mobility and light exercises.
- Monitor medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Support in household activities and light cleaning.
- Foster companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous home care experience, ideally 6 months or aged care facility based
- Availability for regular shift Mon - Sun, please share preferences.
- Proficient in food preparation, dressing assistance, and mobility support.
- Monitoring use of regular Medications and Nutrition.
- Ability to assist with light household tasks.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
- Current driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Certificate 3 - Individual support or disability as a minimum (120 hours placement)
