Times Education Group Australia is a fast-growing company with colleges located in and around the Sydney CBD offering a broad range of Vocational and TESOL courses spanning from business and management, marketing and IT at all levels of qualifications to our international clientele.
**About This Role**:
We are looking for people who can adapt well with change and who can demonstrate initiative to proactively support our students, effectively communicate with academic and other essential stakeholders in the organisation.
You will be a multi-tasker, someone who can manage their workload in a fast-paced environment and above all a team player
**Responsibilities will include**:
- To assist with monitoring the courses offered by the Academic Team and provide overall guidance and support to the Academic Manager / Course Coordinator in managing the college, head trainer(s), trainers within your team and in relation to the running of course programs.
- To coordinator with the Academic Manager / Course Coordinator in monitoring that training and assessment are delivered to the requirements of industry standards. To maintain a standard of assessment and delivery of course programs in relation to policy and procedures of the college.
- 1+ years’ experience in an administrative or customer service function
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated conflict resolutions skills
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Experience in Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector compliance.
- Understanding of training packages, ASQA, RTO 2015 and ESOS National Code.
- Experience and knowledge of VET course delivery schedules, time tables, allocations and building client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively meet deadlines
**Working Knowledge with RTO Manager and PRISMS**
- *Knowledge of Australian Qualification Framework (AQF)
- RTO Standards 2015
- Department of Education, Skills and Employment
- Knowledge of the Department of Home Affairs
- National Code 2018
- Experience in a VET Industry will be favourably received
