NOW HIRING | This Melbourne-based aspirational luxury destination client host a curation of international contemporary designer brands as well as the creation of their own eponymous in-house brand that is a celebration of diversity, and senses and creates a truly unique retail experience. Join them in a newly created position of Assistant Manager in Emporium.

Renowned for its signature leather, silks and luxe knits the brand embodies a modern global style - we are searching for a Supervisor or experienced Sales Advisor who understands the client experience required from a luxury brand. You will build up a community of clients out of their new Emporium location - building brand awareness through exceptional service, CRM, events and activations and more. You will partner with the Boutique Manager to deliver results for your store whilst managing a highly creative, talented and passionate team.

This is a key location and requires a career retailer, who understands the significance of customer and brand experience, styling, and seamless operations in-store.
- Ability to drive key sales outcomes
- Understanding of delivering on KPI’s
- Experience in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- The ability to build credibility, coach and influence others
- Exceptional organisational skills

There is a strong salary on offer level with experience, incentives for achievement of targets, clothing allowance, staff wardrobe and staff discount offerings.
