**The Role**
- We are now seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our Global Luxury Brand in their Emporium Boutique_

Our client is an iconic Australian Label with stand-alone stores across Australia, the United States, the UK and Europe. They have an incredibly strong track record for internal succession into higher retail and support office roles.

The brand is stocked in the globe's most premium online stores and in a fashion leader known for their original prints and beautifully made luxury pieces.

In this role, you will assist the Store Manager to lead, train, manage, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales in line with set targets. You will continue to ensure that the team is creating a lasting client relationship with both new and existing clients, and provide exceptional service levels to ensure that clients enjoy an elevated luxury shopping experience.
- Previous experience as a team leader
- Luxury experience will be viewed favourably for this position
- Experience in KPI delivery and optimisation across sales, wages, average sale, client spend, stock management and online order management

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create an enjoyable working environment that promotes passion, focus, results, and inclusivity
- Assist the Manager to ensure client satisfaction is achieved by all team members and that sales & brand expectations are upheld across all business KPIs
- Analyze the store sales and work with your Store Manager to take necessary action to maximize sales opportunities
- Effectively monitor sales by category and by season in order to request stock and increase the sales of the store
- Proactively build personal relationships with high-value clients and develop the store team to understand clients’ fashion and lifestyle preferences
- To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of product knowledge to maximize sales
- Collaborate with your manager to ensure training and development opportunities are offered to all staff members across onboarding, product training, shopping experience training and store presentation standards
- Prepare, manage and execute the Visual Merchandising launches to ensure that a consistently high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive
- Have a thorough understanding of loss prevention procedures and ensure stock levels, discrepancies and transfers are meticulously managed
