The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Boutique Manager to lead a high-performing team in Melbourne Emporium. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, customer-focused environment, is passionate about Australian fashion, and is ready to take ownership of store operations while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
