- Facility Manager - Relief (NSW & ACT)
- Business continuity and ongoing resident care underpin the criticality of this role. The role has overall accountability for the delivery of care and services to residents living in one of our residential aged care homes, including all aspects of facility operations, governance, and resourcing.
- The role will be assigned to RSL LifeCare aged care homes on an as-needed basis within NSW & the ACT.

- Our focus is on finding the right person with relevant experience and leadership capabilities aligned with our core Values. As an experienced residential aged care Facility Manager, you will be familiar with the need to provide coverage during planned and unplanned absences for this key management role. Due to the FIFO nature of a relief role, a nursing background and AHPRA registration is desirable but not essential if your aged care sector experience speaks for itself. You love travel and exploring new locations which is perfect - where your home-base is located is less important, giving you flexibility.
