**Your Role at Nextt**
We currently have a
**Casual** position for a disability support worker in
**Carina**. We are seeking a motivated, kind and nurturing support worker to be a part of a small team supporting a client with the care of her young children.

At Nextt, our disability support workers are directly responsible for organising and implementing daily activities for our clients, including personal care, domestic assistance and community access.

**The hours and days for this role are**:
**8:30am to 1:30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.**

**As a support worker, you will be tasked with supporting our client with the following activities**:

- School drop off
- Light cleaning
- washing and ironing
- Meal preparation
- Supporting the client to bath and change small child
- Supporting client with children while client engages in therapies

**Your skills and Experience**
- Manual handling
- Attendant Care
- Assisting Clients with an ABI
- Medication Management - with NEXTT Training provided

**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS workers screening check QLD (Yellow Card)
- Working with children check QLD (Blue Card)
- Current First aid and CPR certificate
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent
