We are a well-established and growing general practice in Kwinana, seeking an experienced senior medical receptionist ready to take the next step into a 2IC role — or an existing 2IC looking for a fresh, supportive environment.

Our clinic is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced individual to support our Practice Manager and help lead our dedicated team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Practice Manager with the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Supervise and coordinate front desk and administrative staff
- Assist with rostering, workflow, and operational efficiency across multiple sites
- Liaise with clinicians to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage patient inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
- Uphold high standards of patient service and confidentiality

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience in healthcare administration or medical reception
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure
- Proficiency with Best Practice or PracSoft software
- Early morning availability on occasion
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine commitment to patient care

Pay: $69,937.35 - $137,922.27 per year
