**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **Child and Family Health Service** team as **Referral Unit Officer,**where you will be responsible for:

- Providing confidential and accurate administrative support, ensuring timely processing and data integrity of CAFHS referrals across the state.
- Managing client bookings and appointments efficiently, prioritizing urgent needs while delivering a customer-focused, professional service.
- Maintaining and updating client information systems, contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with SA Health data standards.
- Serving as a friendly and responsive point of contact for internal and external customers, handling enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborating with the team to foster a positive, safe work environment and support ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven ability to organize workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain high accuracy in administrative duties.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and sensitively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, adapt to changing environments, multitask, and solve problems independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of health information systems and principles of confidentiality is preferred.
