**Duties**
The Principal Advisor, Operational Performance is responsible to the Director, Operational Support and Performance for designing, developing and implementing best practice operational systems, procedures and practices which achieve compliance with legislation and an integrated approach to community corrections and prison system operations on a Statewide basis. The Principal Advisor, Operational Performance applies systems and solutions thinking to resolve complex problems, monitor operational performance, consistency and efficiency and manage operational performance improvement across all prison and community corrections facilities.

**Special Conditions**
- Section 47 of the Public Sector Act 2009 applies in conjunction with other provisions of the act and other applicable industrial entitlements.
- The incumbent is required to satisfactorily complete a National Criminal History Check;
- A current South Australian Driver’s Licence is essential;
- A flexible approach to working hours is required;
- Some interstate and intrastate travel will be required which may necessitate overnight absences.
**Requirements**
Essential: Nil
Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualifications in human services, justice studies, corrections, security, management or similar.

ASO7 ($108,109 - $116,864 pa)
