**Executive Assistant - Program Director & Clinical Services Director: Medicine, Subacute & Palliative Care**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:
- Facilitate the administrative functions of the Program, in support of the Program Director and the Clinical Services Director.
- Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day activities of the office ensuring administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide timely and effective support to the Program Director and Clinical Services Director.
- Efficient and effective maintenance of document and data storage.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- High level of interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy
- High attention to detail and previous knowledge of roster planning
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Experience in Health, or Not For Profit environment (desirable but not essential)
