About the Role

**As Head of Department - Junior Secondary, you will**:

- Work collaboratively with middle management and staff to continue the development of BBSC's whole school approach to pedagogy.
- Manage co/extra-curricular programs.
- Oversee signature program promotion, organisation.
- Manage Transition programs and WMSEA cluster partnerships.
- Lead Junior Secondary partnerships -e.g. Event support.
- Collaborate with other Heads of Department in tracking student progress and implementation of the BBSC Junior Secondary (Dare to be Wise) Certificate.
- Coaching and capability development including observation and feedback of assigned staff.
- Align and support Junior Year Level co-ordinators.
