Our client are an extremely successful development brand with a ever growing footprint. This group specialise in residential, commercial and industrial developments. While maintaining high standards, they have completed an impressive portfolio over the last 10 years+.

**Role**

This new position provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated, flexible, and adaptable individual to work as part of a committed and outcomes‐oriented team. The position environment will be dynamic with changing demands and emphasis as the business grows. This environment will suit a team player who is adaptable, ready to learn new skills and prepared to assist across functions and step out‐side job boundaries at times in the interests of achieving exciting outcomes and common goals:

- Oversee development projects, including due diligence processes; stakeholder, consultant and contractor negotiation and liaison; risk mitigation; and delivery within approved budget.
- Manage elements of the development to achieve the broader project vision, goals, objectives and KPI’s established by the Development Director and Managing Director.
- Undertake the necessary consultation with internal and external stakeholders, responsible authorities and third parties.
- Prepare development reviews, feasibility, risk evaluations and due diligence assessments.
- Establish and maintain documentation systems including files and registers in accordance with company procedures.
- Update cost forecasts and project cashflow, on a monthly basis, using monthly financial reports from Head Office.
- Co-ordinate and compiling leasing documentation - co-ordinating queries relating to contracts to facilitate efficient leasing operations
- Tenancy Co-ordination
- As directed, establish working relationships with representatives in Local Councils, other Government Agencies and Departments, service authorities, consultants, and contractors, selling agencies, the community and the property development industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the land or built form development industry with the following specific capability requirements
- Proven understanding of and experience in project and financial management in the Australian property market development and construction industries
- Proven understanding of and experience in cost planning, cost control, forecasting and commercial administration understanding of and experience of Australian Standards, Building Codes of Australia, Council and other relevant development requirements
