A leading luxury developer is making their mark on Adelaide, setting the standard with sophisticated, design-led residential developments - and now seeking a Development Manager to help deliver a pipeline of exceptional projects.

A rare opportunity and flagship role in Adelaide offering significant growth and career advancement. As part of a high-performing team, the Development Manager will drive developments from concept to completion across residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors. You'll play a key role in strategic decision making, guiding acquisitions, project design, financial management, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the delivery of high-quality developments ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Draw on your experience and local network to shape product mix, guide sales strategies, and collaborate with internal and external marketing, sales, and leasing teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Prepare and analyse feasibility studies, market research, and investment memorandums to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee project financials, budgets, forecasting, and cashflows, ensuring robust commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, joint venture partners, consultants, and external stakeholders to achieve commercial, design, and operational objectives.
  • Ensure seamless project settlements, handovers, and post-completion quality control.

About you:

  • A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Property, Commerce, or Design, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Minimum 5 years' development experience across residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
  • Proven ability to leverage your local market knowledge and network to influence sales, product mix, and stakeholder outcomes.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and MS Excel capabilities, with a strategic mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • A passion for high-quality, design-led developments and creating extraordinary experiences for purchasers and tenants.
