**About the Hospital**:
Our **AES (Animal Emergency Services) Hobart **hospital is buzzing with energy, delivering cutting-edge emergency veterinary care with passion. We’re all about gold-standard care for patients and making sure our team thrives while doing it. Now, we’re on the hunt for a **Veterinary Administration Manager** to join our exciting journey. This is a new role

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the ultimate support system for our frontline teams - they’re the heartbeat of our hospitals
- Keep patient care top-notch.
- Lead the way in financial management and hospital reporting.
- Project manage and keep operations running smoothly.
- Partner up with our Clinical Manager to ensure top-tier patient outcomes.
- Lead strategic business planning and execute goals with the leadership team.
- Oversee rostering and resources, making sure our vet teams have everything they need to excel.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- An inspiring leader with Operations experience as well as HR generalist experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, you name it
- A pro at financial management and project coordination.
- Experience in leadership of small to medium teams
- Great at building relationships - you’re approachable, transparent, and ready to solve problems.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- A detail-focused multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A vet industry insider with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- (A formal qualification is a bonus but not a dealbreaker.)_
