Star Aviation are Australia's most dedicated ground handling service, with over 20 client airlines spread across ten airports Australia-wide.

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving and distributing airline associated rotatable stock, ensuring efficient receiving processes, and be able to promptly resolve any problems or discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate container handling equipment.
- Responsible for the prompt loading and unloading of bulk products to the warehouse or on to trucks / vehicles.
- Place, track, trace and check orders, including accurate preparation and receipt of documentation for order processing/receipting.
- Storing, packing and retrieval of goods and materials in accordance with procedures and/or regulations.
- Picking and checking loads of pallets/bags/cartons/bulk product for collection.
- Adhering to quarantine/customs rules and regulations.
- Allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas.
- Ensure appropriate housekeeping of the work area and a safe work environment.
- Perform stocktake.
- Collaborates and communicates with service providers, and others nvolved in the shipment and receipt of products.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A valid driver (medium or HR) license
- A current Forklift license
- Experience within the Aviation and/or Logistics/Transport Industry.
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to Work Health and Safety
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) - desirable
- Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment - desirable

- Strong understanding of Health and Safety and Manual Handling

This is a full time role, working from 7:00am until 3:00pm.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
