**The Role**

Our Salisbury site in Adelaide’s northern suburbs manufactures a range of more than 78 milk and milk-based products. This site is a combined production and distribution facility producing well-known brands such as Pura, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Feel Good; and distributes across predominantly SA and NT, but also NSW and VIC.

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader - Manufacturing to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality products while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The incumbent's standard working hours will be the Monday - Friday afternoon shift (2 pm start—approximately 10:30pm finish), with the flexibility to provide on-call support during some weekends. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervising & directing team members to achieve results and deliver KPI
- Monitor established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, and injury reports
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations to minimize industrial injuries and meet regulatory requirements.
- Be a part of continuous improvement process and project management.
- Managing work schedules in order to achieve planned commitments

**About you**
- Proven experience in manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of quality system including HACCP and GMP
- Problem solving skills - process-based decision making and conflict solution
- Leadership skill - ability to coach and influence team members
- Computer literacy - experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
