Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, gathering and translating business needs into clear technical requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of digital solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure outcomes are aligned with strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Documenting current and future state processes to support change initiatives.
- Facilitating workshops and discussions to gather insights and define requirements.
- Supporting solution design and implementation through collaboration with technical teams.
- Contributing to testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis within complex environments.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to map processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business, IT, or a related field.
