**THE POSITION**

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to manage our independent grocery accounts, Petrol & Convenience and MSO groups. The role will be responsible for developing new business channels as well as developing and implementing annual Joint Business Plans for Independent Accounts and alternate channels.

**_ Key Responsibilities_**
- Manage assigned Independent & Petrol & Convenience Accounts
- Provide and update internal and external sales communication tools, includes total administrative support
- Develop and implement customer initiatives and targets, Net Trade Sales, GP, trade spend, distribution, market share etc.
- Ensure the pricing and promotion strategy maximizes the ROI
- Complete pre and post analysis on all major promotions (in conjunction with Category recommendations)
- Make recommendations to the business on pricing and promotional strategies
- Cross functional collaboration within the broader Demand Community

**_What you will bring_**
- Previous FMCG experience, preferably partnering with a major national retailer
- Previous account management and or field experience
- Exceptional customer focus and a collaborative approach to partnering with the customer
- Ability to effectively prioritise workflow and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Business related field
- Category and/or Marketing experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
- High levels of computer literacy, with experience in Promax preferred.
