**About Us**

Go Vita is largest health food retail store group in Australia, having more than 120+ stores across Australia. Go Vita Burwood is one of the family-owned health food store operating since June 2015.

**Experience & Skills Required**:
We are looking for a dedicated & motivated individual on a casual part-time basis who:

- Must Have - Is passionate and has a background in the natural health and wellness industry or with a similar background/experience in a retail environment
- Must Have - has some experience in online, e-commerce and have computer skills
- Must Have - experience in POS system, experience in processing online orders and receipting invoices in the system etc.
- Has knowledge & experience in natural vitamins, minerals, herbs, protein etc.
- Can understand customers’ health problems and provide appropriate health advice and suggest natural & organic products that improve customers' health & wellbeing
- Has an excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Very friendly and can build rapport quickly with customers

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming & guiding the customers to the product they need
- Answering customer’s health questions/issues in-store or over the phone
- Provide appropriate health advice and suggest products that can improve customer’s health and wellbeing
- Processing over-the-counter and online sales
- Till reconciliation at the end of the day
- Accepting deliveries, arranging products on the shelves, checking product expiry regularly
- Organising products on shelves and restocking products etc.
- Answering phone calls, voice messages, and follow-up calls with the customer
- Fulfilling online orders in terms of packing, shipping, and processing it in the system
- Processing the invoice at the point of sale system
- Any other work task that is relevant in the health food store

Pay: $32.00 - $41.38 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
