**Your new company**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Diploma qualified educator to join this beautiful, purpose built service in Penrith. This 32 place centre is purpose built with fantastic resources and facilities, with the children’s needs at the heart of the design. The centre itself has high ceilings and lots of natural light, as well as a natural outdoor space including 2 sandpits, cubby house and sensory area, allowing children to fully engage with nature and their environment.

**Your new role**
As a Diploma qualified educator you will have the opportunity to work within the babies or toddlers room as a Lead Educator. This service is dedicated to providing professional development and new opportunities for staff.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Hold a Diploma in Childcare\
- Passion to learn and develop professionally
- Initiative and a hands on, proactive approach
- Outgoing personality and good communication skills to build relationships with families and other educators
- Understanding of NQS, EYLF and Safe Sleeping National Law and Regulations
- Experience with documentation and Assessment and Rating

Pay: $60,045.00 - $103,846.00 per year
