We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Director, Technology Corporate Platforms, Branch Support Officer manages the coordination and delivery of key administrative activities ranging from office and project support processes establishment and improvements. This includes management of executive stakeholder meetings, preparation of papers, agendas and minutes, coordination of branch reporting, management of internal financial, HR and briefing and correspondence processes, and other office support activities. The role is integral in identifying and appropriately actioning, tracking and delegating requests and tasks in line with organisational and customer priorities and developing and maintaining information management systems

The role is responsible for coordinating delivery of project outputs, preparing project plans, monitoring and reporting on project status, contributing to risk and issue management, establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, participating in and facilitating project meetings, and preparation of a range of project documents.

The role requires a highly experienced and motivated self-starter with a focus on service excellence and attention to detail. You will have an ability to work with limited supervision in a complex, sensitive and fast paced environment.

**About you**

To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience in providing high level confidential administrative and business support to a senior manager or team. Government experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in a range of administrative, HR and Finance software programs such as Office 365, HP Content Manager or similar information management system, Oracle Financials, JIRA etc.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including peers, senior management and executives.
- Extensive experience planning, prioritising and managing the execution of a range of competing tasks to strict deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly developed initiative and ability to work under pressure with limited supervision.

Desirable requirements
- Relevant project management and/or ICT technical qualifications are desirable
