**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

This role is responsible for managing a diverse range of complaints and investigations in line with Council’s framework, legislation and various guidelines.

**ABOUT YOU.**

The successful applicant will have experience in;
- Experience in facilitating and conducting investigations into alleged misconduct, and ensuring procedural fairness is complied with.
- Experience with dealing with Public Interest Disclosures in line with the Public Interest Disclosure Act.
- Experience with dealing with complaints under the Code of Conduct Procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in handling complex inquiries.
- Experience in drafting complex reports, correspondence, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with competing priorities in an environment of high demand, sensitivity, and whilst maintaining confidentiality.
