**The Role**:
As one of our Technical Development Managers, leverage your natural leadership and collaboration skills to own and drive all technical aspects of your 100 MW to multi-GW renewable energy and storage projects, from inception to construction.

As our civil engineering SME, this role will see you providing support other technical development managers and our broader team on civil engineering related matters. The ability to coordinate engineering activities to deliver measurement campaigns, layouts, energy yield assessments and optimised balance of plant concept and tender designs as well as undertaking value engineering and business case optimisation is essential.

Engage in the technical and techno-commercial aspects of EPC, S&I, BOP and O&M contract tender and negotiation processes in combination with undertaking due diligence activities on potential new development acquisitions.

**About You**:

- Relevant civil engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree essential
- 5+ years of relevant experience in renewables across pumped hydro and energy storage essential
- An analytic mindset with the ability to identify and summarise complex topics in a structured and concise way
- Familiar with the interface between commercial and technical aspects of a project. Comfortable in communicating within a techno-commercial environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisation, ability to prioritise and meet demanding deadlines
