**What We’re Looking For**
- **Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia**:

- **Certificate II in Operations (NSW)**:

- **1A Security Licence (NSW)**:

- **Current RSA**:

- **Current RCG**_(preferred)_
- **Current First Aid Certificate**:

- **Minimum 12 months’ experience** in licensed venues _(preferred)_
- Strong **customer service** & **conflict resolution** skills
- Availability for **weekends & public holidays**:

- Flexibility to work across **multiple locations**:
